Safe Ventures Chubb 6K202 2-in-1 Safe Pick (6 & 7-lever, Old & New Style)

The Chubb 6K202 safe lock has been in widespread use for decades and is commonly found on lower-grade Chubb safes fitted over the last 50 years. This professional 2-in-1 wheel pick is designed to service both older and newer versions of the 6K202 in 6- and 7-lever formats.

Older variants generally respond well to progressive, firm tension and can be opened efficiently by trained users. Newer versions, however, can be considerably more difficult due to design changes and wear characteristics — for these cases, a dedicated Pin & Cam system is also available to complement this pick.

Manufactured to a high standard, the tool combines stainless steel working parts with machined nylon components to reduce weight and improve balance. An automatic spacing device simplifies gate finding, and the overall length is slightly longer than the maximum key length to improve reach and control during use.
