Description
A modified Tibbe‑style wheel pick designed for professional vehicle locksmiths and authorised technicians. This robust tool is capable of opening and decoding both the Ford 6-disc and Jaguar 8-disc versions of the Tibbe locking mechanism, and is suitable for use on car doors, the boot, and petrol-cap locks. Unlike some systems limited to specific generations, this pick is compatible with both older and newer Tibbe variants.
Once used to open the lock, the tool can be used to identify the lock code, allowing a key to be cut for subsequent access. It also functions as a temporary variable key, allowing the operator to re-enter the vehicle without having to repeat the decoding procedure.
